John Davis recently gave a “behind-the-scenes” look at the Great Falls Balloon Festival to Lewiston/Auburn Rotary members. This year marked the 15th annual festival. Lewiston/Auburn Rotary’s fundraiser at the festival is one of the largest fundraisers for the organization.
