GLOSSARY – These legal terms are used: waived means the person charged gave up the right to appear in court; adjudicated means guilty of a civil violation; default means a person did not appear in court and the judge entered a guilty finding in the case; a finding of parole violation means a person violated a parole condition; filed means the case is to be dismissed at the end of filing period if conditions set are abided by. Court documents no longer reflect a person’s plea or their street addresses. The dates in the log are the dates of the original charge.

AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court:

Eric Lynch, 23, Bronx, N.Y., trafficking in prison contraband, aggravated trafficking of a schedule W drug, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and sentenced to six months at the county jail; second, third and fourth charges dismissed.

Frank L. Lynch, 22, Greene, burglary on Sept. 28, 2005, dismissed.

Daniel Lyons, 41, Litchfield, probation violation on a Jan. 28, 2001, aggravated assault charge, sentenced to one year at the state prison and probation partially revoked and continued.

Todd D. Lyons, 40, Augusta, probation violation on a Dec. 26, 2003, burglary charge, sentenced to 10 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Carey L. Mathis, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 30, 2006, assault charge, sentenced to 60 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Antone S. Merrill, 25, Malden, Mass., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, criminal conspiracy, and two counts of illegal importation of scheduled drugs on Aug. 3, 2006, first, second, third and fourth charges dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, fined $500, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended and two years probation.

Lewis Merrill, 33, Peru, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass on Oct. 26, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $500, sentenced to seven days at the county jail and restitution of $1,500 on first charge; sentenced to seven days at the county jail on second charge.

James Miller, 26, Jay, probation violation on the Sept. 15, 2000, gross sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a minor charge, sentenced to two months and 29 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Marc E. Montreuil, 33, Auburn, aggravated assault, robbery and criminal mischief on Nov. 17, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days at the state prison with all but 32 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $3,258.57; second and third charges dismissed.

Nicholas D. Morin, 28, West Paris, probation violation on a Jan. 11, 2003, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to 18 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Merritt Morris, 52, Turner, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on March 15, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $75 for each charge; third charge dismissed.

Scott Nason, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on March 2, filed with no cost.

John M. Nauyokas, 26, Portland, theft by deception and misuse of identification on Aug. 31, 2005, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years and six months at the state prison with all suspended and one year probation.

Stanley R. Nezol, 45, Lisbon, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 9, 2006, found guilty on first charge, fined $800, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and license suspended 18 months; second charge dismissed.

Jose A. Oquendo, 22, Auburn, burglary, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 4, 2006, all charges filed with no cost.

Marty Paige, 29, Lewiston, elevated aggravated assault on Feb. 21, 2007, found not guilty.

David Parlin, 36, Auburn, probation violation on a Sept. 24, 2006, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to six days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Dan Pease, 36, Wilton, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Oct. 20, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Thomas P. Peer, 42, Westbrook, operating under the influence on April 16, 2007, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Sharon L. Pelletier, 32, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on March 10, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $565; second charge dismissed.

Paul Douglass Pettengill, 19, Turner, eluding an officer, attaching false plates, operating a vehicle without a license and failing to stop for an officer on Nov. 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second, third and fourth charges, sentenced to 12 days at the county jail for each charge.

Jeppie C. Phillips, 43, Lewiston, assault on May 16, 2007, dismissed.

Eric R. Pleau, 19, Lewiston, criminal use of explosives and reckless conduct on Sept. 21, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to nine months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Melinda A. Pontbriand, 34, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation, with prior, on July 29, 2006, found guilty, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Daniel J. Poulin, 39, Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by deception on Aug. 8, 2005, unconditional discharge for each charge.

Jason R. Pritchard, 23, Smyrna, Ga., three counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Dec. 21, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but seven months suspended and two years probation on first charge; fined $400 and sentenced to seven months at the county jail on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Meghan N. Quinn, 24, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband on Oct. 1, 2005, and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on Sept. 30, 2005, and Oct. 1, 2005, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to three years at the state prison with all but two years suspended and three years probation on first charge; sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but three years suspended and three years probation for each on second and third charges; also charged with failure to appear after bailed on Dec. 30, 2005, found guilty, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but two years suspended and three years probation.

Casey M. Reynolds, 39, Turner, criminal mischief on Oct. 15, 2006, dismissed.

Jeffrey Douglas Richards, 41, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 23, 2005, and burglary of a motor vehicle on July 16, 2005, July 18, 2005, and July 23, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Michael Riddle, 37, Wilmington, Mass., operating under the influence on July 4, 1998, operating under the influence on July 4, 1998, found guilty, fined $750, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Susan Riekert, 55, Jay, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 6, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Darnell Robinson, 20, Auburn, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on July 17, dismissed.

Peter Rollins Jr., 38, Livermore, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on May 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $700 and license suspended 30 days.

Marcel R. Roy, 49, Leeds, probation violation on an Aug. 5, 2006, violating a protective order charge, sentenced to 364 days at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Raymond A. Samson, 56, Lewiston, gross sexual assault and two counts of unlawful sexual contact on March 31, 1999, all charges dismissed.

Teri Lynn Sanborn, 40, Lewiston, operating under the influence, with one prior, and operating a vehicle without a license on April 29, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Leslie A. Scott, 25, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 7, found guilty, fined $400.

Matthew S. Scott, 43, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 10, dismissed.

Michelle Wanda Scott, 37, Lewiston, probation violation on an Aug. 26, 2005, violating condition of release charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Michael C. Shepard, 21, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on Feb. 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed; third charge forfeited.

Victor Jose Silva, 25, Farmington, stealing drugs and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Aug. 27, 2006, both charges filed with no cost.

John B. Skolfield II, 25, Old Orchard Beach, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 20, 2006, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 45 days suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Justin J. Smart, 24, Farmingdale, habitual motor vehicle offender on March 29, 2006, and failing to appear in court on Aug. 2, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail.

Jerome C. Smith, 28, Lewiston, assault on June 18, found guilty, sentenced to 73 days at the county jail.

Joel Trenton Smith, 35, Oxford, assault on April 19, dismissed.

Harold Stanley Soper Jr., 50, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 16, 2005, home repair fraud on June 13, 2004, Oct. 22, 2004, and two counts of home repair fraud on Feb. 16, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Julie L. Soucy, 27, Wales, hindering apprehension or prosecution on Nov. 19, found guilty, fined $400.

Joshua W. Souther, 30, Livermore Falls, eluding an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on April 17 and failing to stop for an officer on April 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 30 days on second charge; sentenced to 30 days at the county jail on second charge.

Earl W. St. Hilaire, 32, Auburn, operating under the influence on April 21, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Jeremy St. Hilaire, 23, Litchfield, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, stealing drugs and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 26, 2005, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 30 days suspended, three years probation and restitution of $8,326 for each charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Mark Stephens, 36, Auburn, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, criminal trespass and drinking in public on Aug. 3, found guilty on all charges, fined $400 on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charges.

Duane Stevenson, 48, Aurora, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on Jan 21, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $600 and license suspended 30 days.

Shane Sturgeon, 20, Livermore, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and restitution of $2,219.26.

Timothy L. Swan, 53, Lisbon, probation violation on a March 9, 2005, unlawful sexual contact charge, sentenced to four days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Francis Szostek, 66, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence on May 16, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Robert T. Taker,. 69, Mechanic Falls, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening on Oct. 4, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300.

Shaun N. Tardiff, 29, Winter Harbor, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $300 and restitution of $300.

Eric N. Tibbetts, 32, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 26, 2005, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Joshua L. Tilley, 24, West Bath, assault and violating a protective order on Dec. 20, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed; also charged with violating condition of release on March 18 and harassment by telephone on March 24, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail for each charge; and violating condition of release, assault, criminal mischief and refusing to sign a criminal summons on March 24, all charges dismissed.

Cody R. Tribble, 20, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon on Nov. 5, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 35 days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to 35 days at the county jail on second charge.

Daniel R. Turner, 20, Turner, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 26, 2005, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 21 days at the county jail and restitution of $78.

Vincent Wayne Turner, 36, Lewiston, probation violation on a April 15 assault charge, sentenced to 36 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Joshua Wallace, 20, Lewiston, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 16, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the state prison with all but 21 days suspended, one year probation and restitution of $292 on first charge; sentenced to 21 days at the county jail on second charge; also charged with burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief on Sept. 19, 2006, all charges dismissed.

Kathleen Walsh, 54, Mount Vernon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 26, filed, fined $100.

Paul F. Warner II, 37, Sabattus, attaching false plates on June 12, dismissed.

Jay Mark Webster, 28, Portland, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 9, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 120 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $1,305 for each charge; also charged with two counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs and two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on Oct. 8, 2006, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 10 days for each charge.

Eugene V. Weed, 63, Livermore, operating under the influence on Oct. 8, 2006, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Shamus L. West, 27, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 24, 2005, found guilty, fined $1,000.

Shamus L. West, 27, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 26, 2006, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to one year at the county jail with all but 56 days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to 56 days at the county jail on second charge.

Keli White, 24, Livermore Falls, refusing to submit to arrest or detention on May 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Wendell Warren White, 43, Auburn, burglary and violating condition of release on June 28, both charges dismissed.

Timothy P. Wing, 28, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 19, 2004, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $400 and sentenced to seven days at the county jail.

Kristopher R. Winner, 25, Lewiston, assault on Feb. 16, 2006, found guilty, fined $300.

Adam Peter Worrall, 23, Duxbury, Mass., operating under the influence on May 12, 2006, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Denis E. Wotton, 55, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Feb. 3, found guilty, fined $250.
