NORWAY – Brenda Collins, a certified polarity practitioner and licensed massage therapist, has opened her new practice, Sunshine and Moonbeams, on Main Street in Norway with assistance from Community Concepts’ Small Business Center’s lending center.

The lending center offers services to people who want to open a business. It offers loan programs, one-on-one counseling and business plan evaluation.
