GLOSSARY –
These legal terms are used: waived means the person charged gave up his right to appear in court; adjudicated means guilty of a civil violation; default means a person did not appear in court and the judge entered a guilty finding in the case; a finding of parole violation means a person violated a parole condition; filed means the case is to be dismissed at the end of filing period if conditions set are abided by. Court documents no longer reflect a person’s plea or their street addresses. The dates in the log are the dates of the original charge.

LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Jennifer Alexander, 27, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on June 17, both charges sent to jury trial.

Abdinasir Ali, 32, Lewiston, criminal trespass on June 7 and violating condition of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on June 13, all charges dismissed; also charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on June 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge; and disorderly conduct, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on June 28, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 20 days for each charge; third charge dismissed; and violating condition of release, refusing to sign a criminal summons and assault on July 3, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 20 days for each charge; third charge dismissed; and violating condition of release on Aug. 14, dismissed.

Steve R. Anctil, 20, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 28 and violating condition of release on Aug. 31, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Jason C. Anderson, 31, Auburn, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Feb. 1 and disorderly conduct on Feb. 3, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but seven days suspended and one year probation on first charge; sentenced to five days on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Vanessa Rae Anthony, 26, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 21, dismissed.

Jeannette L. Asselin, 73, Lewiston, failing to stop and/or provide information on July 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Debra A. Aube, 47, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 28, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jeremy W. Austin, 20, Greene, operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Kevin S. Ayer II, 21, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Shane Ayres, 25, Mechanic Falls, two counts of dangerous dog complaint violation on May 15, offense committed on both charges, fined $150 for each charge.

Tina Barbour, 39, Litchfield, disorderly conduct and failing to provide correct name, address or date of birth on Feb. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed.

Alicia M. Baril, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct/loud unreasonable noise on July 21, found guilty, fined $75.

Nathaniel L. Baril, 21, Lewiston, assault on May 6, filed with no cost.

Stefan C. Barone, 23, Lisbon Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 28, fined $350 by default.

Jessica J. Bartlett, 24, Auburn, assault on Jan. 7, dismissed.

Patricia C. Bates, 38, Berlin, N.H., displaying a false license or ID and operating after suspension on Oct. 1, 2003, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Edwin F. Bazinet, 40, Monmouth, possession of marijuana on Aug. 14, offense committed, fined $350.

James M. Bazinet, 48, Poland, violating condition of release on Dec. 9 and Dec. 16, both charges dismissed.

Austin D. Bean, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Jan. 28 and violation of a protective order on June 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge sent to jury trial.

Peter Bean, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 5 and violating condition of release on Sept. 1, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge.

Daniel Beaulieu, 19, Bowdoin, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 7, found guilty, fined $250.

Arthur Joseph Beaver, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on June 22, both charges dismissed.

Joseph P. Begin, 24, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 30, found guilty, fined $100; and probation violation on a Aug. 20 assault charge, sentenced to seven days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Theresa Bennett, 22, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Danielle L. Benway, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on July 16, found guilty, fined $500.

Maegan R. Berry, 30, Lewiston, assault on May 4, filed with no cost.

Bertrand E. Berube, 61, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Jan. 14, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Raymond L. Berube, 41, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 4, 2006, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Robert Bevins, 38, Berlin, N.H., criminal speed on Aug. 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Michelle L. Bickford, 25, Lisbon, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Vanessa Blair, 19, Lewiston, assault on March 11, found guilty, fined $300.

Thomas J. Boehk, 41, Auburn, operating under the influence on July 14, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Amanda R. Boisvert, 32, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and attaching false plates on July 26, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Niya R. Bolduc, 22, Auburn, assault and disorderly conduct on July 5, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Tori Lynn Bolduc, 22, Livermore, operating while license suspended on July 3.

Bryan Bolger, 20., Edina, Minn., transportation of liquor by a minor on May 19, offense committed, fined $100 and license suspended 30 days.

Leslie Scott V. Born, 21, Lisbon, permitting unlawful use on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard J. Brousseau, 18, Lisbon, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 19, offense committed, fined $200.

Betha Ishanique L. Brown, 24, Lewiston, permitting unlawful use on Aug. 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard P. Brown, 20, Auburn, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 10, offense committed, fined $300.

Shawn A. Brown, 20, Turner, operating under the influence, with prior, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and operating a vehicle without a license on June 30, all charges sent to jury trial.

Olivia Browne, 24, Norway, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Kenneth Buck Jr., 47, Turner, violating condition of release, failure to register vehicle and operating a vehicle without a license on Sept. 6, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 24 hours; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $100.

Mustafa A. Bulle, 24, Auburn, disorderly conduct on June 15, and violating condition of release on June 23, July 28, Sept. 14 and Sept. 22, found guilty on first, second and third charges, sentenced to two days for each charge; fourth charge dismissed; found guilty on fifth charge, sentenced to four days.

Douglas L. Burgess, 35, North Monmouth, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on May 9, found guilty, fined $500.

Gerald E. Burgess, 44, Auburn, disorderly conduct on July 21, found guilty, fined $150.

Chad L. Camire, 21, Auburn, operating under the influence and violating condition of release on April 9, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to five days.

Brian S. Caron, 36, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Nov. 18, 2006, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew J. Caron, 25, Mechanic Falls, possession of marijuana on June 30, fined $350 by default.

John Carrier, 65, Freeport, operating under the influence on June 29, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Paula Carro, 41, Oxford, obstructing government administration on June 24, found guilty, fined $100.

Brent H. Cary, 19, Mechanic Falls, criminal speed on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $300.

Leif Scott Castonguay, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on May 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Marshall S. Chick, 19, Bowdoinham, operating a vehicle without a license on July 18, dismissed.

Stephen C. Chicosky, 27, Lisbon Falls, possession of marijuana on July 17, fined $350 by default.

Jeremy M. Ciarfella, 22, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Oct. 10, 2005, and March 27, both charges dismissed; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, failing to stop for an officer and violating condition of release on June 12, 2006, found guilty on all charges, fined $500 and sentenced to 10 days on first charge; sentenced to four days on second charge; sentenced to 10 days on third charge.

Jeffrey R. Clark Sr., 35, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days and license suspended 90 days.

Gabriel C. Cloutier, 19, Turner, failing to make oral or written accident report on Jan. 27, filed with cost of $75.

James P. Cloutier, 37, Lewiston, assault on May 26 and violating condition of release on Aug. 29, first charge filed with no cost; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 46, Lewiston, terrorizing on June 26, and violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Sept. 5, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 10 days suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 10 days.

Brandi Leigh Clukey, 19, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael R. Conne, 20, Marlow, Okla., two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 6, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.
