LEWISTON – Downeast Networks, 214 Russell St., announces that Craig Starr has joined the business. Starr is a former 20-year employee of the city of Lewiston. He has experience with Novell, Windows Server, Cisco, Linux and SCADA.

He is married and lives in Leeds with his wife and a son.
