GLOSSARY – These legal terms are used: waived means the person charged gave up his right to appear in court; adjudicated means guilty of a civil violation; default means a person did not appear in court and the judge entered a guilty finding in the case; a finding of parole violation means a person violated a parole condition; filed means the case is to be dismissed at the end of filing period if conditions set are abided by. Court documents no longer reflect a person’s plea or their street addresses. The dates in the log are the dates of the original charge.

RUMFORD – The following cases were closed recently in 11th District Court.

Marybeth Austin, 28, Dixfield, failing to make oral or written accident report on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $250.

Jeremy D. Belskis, 20, Rumford, stealing drugs, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second and third charges, fined $350 on second charge; fined $300 on third charge.

Michelle C. Bisson, 32, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Sept. 9, offense committed, fined $350.

Corey R. Buffett, 20, Mexico, possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 9, offense committed, fined $200.

Matthew R. Carter, 18, Dixfield, operating under the influence on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days.

Yun Chen, 39, New York, N.Y., criminal speed on Sept. 23, dismissed.

Travis L. Child, 21, Peru, stealing drugs, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 5, first charge dismissed, offense committed on second and third charges, fined $350 on second charge; fined $300 on third charge.

Gwen M. Clark, 44, Mexico, keeping a dangerous dog, keeping an unlicensed dog and violation of rabies prevention on July 30, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $100; third charge dismissed.

Esther Dyer, 21, Rumford, keeping an unlicensed dog on Sept. 26, offense committed, fined $75.

Danny G. Engberg, 54, Mexico, violating condition of release on Nov. 8, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Heather J. Foss, 33, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Jan. 10, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

Andrew J. Giordano, 25, Winsor, Vt., possession of marijuana, offense committed, fined $350.

Deborah A. Harnden, 50, Rumford, failure to register vehicle on May 6, waived, fined $100.

Mary E. Hart, 44, Rumford, keeping an unlicensed dog on Sept. 13, offense committed, fined $75.

James Holman, 53, Dixfield, failure to register vehicle on Aug. 7, dismissed.

Melissa A. Holman, 39, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on Sept. 8, both charges sent to jury trial.

Belinda Howard, 19, West Farmington, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 2, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Katherine M. Howard, 32, Rumford, cruelty to animals and violation of rabies prevention on July 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Wayne R. Ingham, 19, Mexico, disorderly conduct due to loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 4, found guilty, fined $125.

Robert W. Jamison Jr., 18, Rumford, criminal mischief on July 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Adam E. Keefe, 24, Rumford, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct due to loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Radostin Krastev, 25, Rumford, fishing without a valid license on Sept. 20, found guilty, fined $75.

Douglas I. Kroeger, 27, Winslow, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Rachel A. Larsen, 29, Biddeford, assault and disorderly conduct due to fighting on Sept. 21, found guilty on first charge, fined $300; second charge dismissed.

Aaron Leblanc, 35, Rumford, disorderly conduct due to offensive words and/or gestures on Sept. 13, found guilty, fined $200.

Randi L. Marston, 20, Roxbury, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 20, offense committed on first charge, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Sabrina Mason, 24, Rumford, disorderly conduct due to fighting on Sept. 21, found guilty, fined $250.

John C. McCarter, 19, Dixville Notch, N.H., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 2, offense committed, fined $200.

Richard O. Northcott, 41, Flagler Beach, Fla., violating a protective order on Nov. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Tina M. Olsen, 36, Rumford, operating after registration suspended and failure to register vehicle on Sept. 28, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $50 on second charge.

John J. Perry, 18, Rumford, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failing to make oral or written accident report on Sept. 1, found guilty on first charge, fined $500; second charge dismissed.

Davis A. Pingree, 24, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $200.

Daniel W. Richard, 21, Mexico, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 28, fined $400 by default on first charge; fined $350 by default on second charge.

Jeremy A. Richards, 36, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after registration suspended on Sept. 19, found guilty, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Tyler E. Schwarz, 19, Fryeburg, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 2, fined $350 by default.

Matthew J. Storer, 34, Dixfield, assault on Sept. 12, 2006, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to six months with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation.

Joshua A. Tibbetts, 20, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $125.

Michael Virgin, 24, Berlin, N.H., operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Ricky R. Warneke, 52, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Oct. 3, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Ann M. Welch, 51, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on Sept. 15, both charges sent to jury trial.

Brenda A. Yeaton, 36, Canton, allowing a dog to be at large and keeping a dangerous dog on Sept. 22, offense committed on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Stephen R. Zadakis, 49, Rumford, operating under the influence and possession of marijuana on Aug. 19, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.
