• Christy Defiore, 29, of Osgood Avenue, Mexico, domestic assault, at 1:30 a.m., Nov. 8, at Osgood Avenue. She was released on $500 unsecured bail from the Mexico Police Department. She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Jan. 8.

• Timothy Clark, 37, of Angie Lane, Mexico, domestic assault, at 5:52 p.m., Nov. 7, at Angie Lane. He was released on $200 unsecured bail from the Mexico Police Department. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Jan. 8.

Thefts

Someone cut through chains that were securing four tires and rims to a tree in the front yard of a Carlton Avenue resident sometime prior to the owner reporting the theft at 10:30 a.m., Nov. 20. The tires were valued at $600. The incident is under investigation.

A suspect caught on surveillance camera will be summonsed soon for the theft of 50 pounds of animal feed that was located in the bed of a pickup truck owned by a Wal-Mart employee. The truck was parked in the retailer’s parking lot. The incident occurred at 8 a.m. Nov. 13.
