• Richard Anderson, 46, of 30 Vernon St., Auburn, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating without a license, at 4:03 a.m. Sunday on Fern Street in Turner.

• Adam Morrell, 26, of 139 Back Cove Dr., Turner, by the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department on charges of operating after suspension at 10:55 a.m. Saturday on Route 4 in Turner.

Accidents
Auburn

• A 1999 Oldsmobile four-door, driven by Ricky Stephen Young, 28, of 141 Winter St., was leaving the Kohls parking lot onto Mount Auburn Avenue at about 12:10 a.m. Saturday when it was rear-ended by a Volkswagen Jetta driven by an unknown driver. Young’s vehicle continued across Mount Auburn Avenue, coming to rest against a curb. The driver of the Jetta got out, smashed Young’s driver side window, and fled. Damage to Young’s vehicle is estimated at $4,000.
