Criminal Mischief

A vehicle parked at 196 Pettingill St. had windows broken and tires slashed overnight Nov. 21-22.

A mailbox at 6 Orchard Heights was smashed overnight Nov. 21-22.

Several mailboxes along Randall Road were smashed overnight Nov. 21-22.

Several mailboxes along Grove Street were smashed overnight Nov. 21-22.

A mailbox at 158 Old Lisbon Road was smashed overnight Nov. 21-22.

A vehicle parked at 110 Pierce St. was keyed overnight Nov. 22-23.

Numerous vehicles along Beacon and Walnut strets had their tires slashed overnight Nov. 24-25.

Motor Vehicle Burglaries

Officers responded to Wellman Street on Nov. 23 at 2:16 a.m. for a report of two males attempting to gain entry into vehicles parked in the area. The suspects were in a rough-looking Firebird and were wearing hooded sweatshirts and baggy pants. Upon arrival, three individuals were detained and charged with burglary to a motor vehicle.

A vehicle parked at 72 Nichols St. had change stolen from inside of it overnight Nov. 22-23.

A vehicle parked at 384 Main St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 23-24. Cash and earrings were stolen from inside.

A vehicle parked at 146 Horton St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 24-25. A window was smashed with a brick to gain entry. An iPod was stolen from inside.

A vehicle parked at 112 Horton St. was burglarized overnight Nov. 24-25. Cash was stolen from inside.

Mail Theft

Several bundles of mail were stolen from a mail relay can at Ash and Horton streets on Nov. 23 at 12:30 p.m. All of the mail belonged to tenants of 70 Blake St.

Robbery

On Nov. 22 at 10:37 p.m. a female reported that she was robbed at gun point in the area of College and Russell streets. She reported that as she was walking two males approached her from behind, put a gun to her head and demanded all of her property. She gave them her jacket and her purse and was allowed to flee. They were described as two white males, one was overweight wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with red trim, the other suspect was also wearing a hooded sweatshirt of unknown color.

Operating After Suspension Arrests

James Higgins, 28, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 22 at 1:30 a.m. at East Avenue and Webster Street following a routine traffic stop.

Michelle Barnaby, 37, was charged with operating after suspension and unlawful possession of hydrocodone on Nov. 24 at 3:17 p.m. at Alfred Plourde Parkway and Pleasant Street. The vehicle was stopped after a citizen reported erratic operation.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Brian Gregoire, 27, was charged with operating nder the influence on Nov. 21 1:32 a.m. at Sabattus Street and East Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Derek Pleau, 23, was charged with operating under the influence, assault and criminal mischief on Nov. 21 at 1:36 a.m. at 1 Laase Ave. Officers responded to the address for a report of a domestic in progress. Upon arrival, they found damage to a vehicle he had kicked and he admitted to having driven to the address from his home.

Scott Sharples, 29, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 22 at 12:56 a.m. at Lisbon and Spruce streets following a routine traffic stop.

Jacob Mccleary, 26, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 22 at 11:55 p.m. at Lisbon and Spruce streets following a routine traffic stop.

Ernest Desrosiers, 32, was charged with operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license on Nov. 22 2:02 a.m. at Canal and Chestnut streets.

Kenneth Karkos, 43, was charged with operating under the influence and disorderly conduct on Nov. 23 at 9:49 p.m. at 675 Main St.

Scott Meyer, 26, was charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Nov. 24 at 1:36 a.m. at Campus Avenue and Wood Street following a routine traffic stop.

Anthony Choiniere, 25, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 24 at 1:45 a.m. at East and Campus Avenues following a routine traffic stop.

Kenneth Foisy, 77, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 24 at 2:19 p.m. at 1750 Lisbon St. Officers responded here for an accident.
