Criminal Mischief

A window at juvenile probation at 60 Park St. was shot out by a BB overnight Nov. 25-26.

A vehicle parked at 214 Blake St. had its tires slashed overnight Nov. 27-28.

Thefts

A purple and yellow 1996 Polaris XLT with decals was stolen from outside of 1076 Sabattus St. overnight Nov. 26-27.

Three large aluminum ladders were stolen from 133 Sabattus St. overnight Nov. 25-26.

A truck parked at 69 Holland St. had a pulley system, chain and a rack stolen from it overnight Nov. 26-27.

A vehicle parked at 15 Acadia Ave. was burglarized overnight Nov. 26-27. A portable CD player was taken from inside.

Burglaries

An apartment at 123 Pine St. was burglarized on Nov. 27 at 1:44 a.m. Property was taken from inside.

Al’s Sports Center on Lisbon Street was burglarized between Nov. 26 at 5 p.m. and Nov. 27 at 7:15 a.m. The suspect smashed out a display window and stole a snowboard.

Counterfeiting

A counterfeit $50 was received at Poirier’s Market on Walnut Street on Nov. 27 at 3:53 p.m. The suspect was a white male in his teens to early 20s wearing a blue hoodie.

A counterfeit $5 was received at Dave’s at 64 Sabattus St. prior to 8 p.m. on Nov. 27.

Indecent Exposure

A pedestrian reports that on Nov. 26 at 9 a.m. she witnessed a white 50-year-old male in a teal Honda Protégé, partial registration 3669??, masturbating while driving. This was in the vicinity of St. Joseph’s School and Rite Aid.

Operating Under the Influence Arrests

Kelli Soucy, 20, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 27 at 10:05 p.m. at Pierce and Birch streets following a routine traffic stop.

Kenneth Nelson, 51, was charged with operating under the influence on Nov. 28 at 12:49 a.m. at Second Street and South Avenue following a routine traffic stop.

Operating After Suspension Arrest

Nadine Gonzalez, 22, was charged with operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Nov. 27 at 12:49 a.m. at South Avenue and Verdun Street following a routine traffic stop.

Habitual Offender Notification

Daniel Chase, 43, has a suspended license with habitual offender status. His last known address was 210 Main St. and he has 25 previous suspensions on his record. If you see Chase driving, please call 784-6421 immediately.
