LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Frank Ackley, 42, Chesterville, violating a protective order and terrorizing on May 6, found guilty on first charge; sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Weheliye I. Ali, 22, Lewiston, assault on June 4, filed with no cost.

Brandon E. Allen, 26, Chesterville, operating under the influence with one prior on Aug. 19, 2006, dismissed.

Billy Allison, 26, Sabattus, assault and criminal mischief on April 12, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Almighty Waste, Auburn, unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation on July 19, found guilty, fined $500.

Steve R. Anctil, 20, Sabattus, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on Aug. 15, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $100 and restitution of $100 on second charge.

Belinda A. Anderson, 52, Lewiston, assault on July 1, found guilty, fined $300.

Jessica Rena Anderson, 25, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on July 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Roberson Antoine, 33, Auburn, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana on Aug. 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Jacob Arundel, 25, Auburn, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on June 8, both charges dismissed.

Pamela Ashby, 29, Mechanic Falls, operating after registration suspended on April 11 and operating while license suspended or revoked on May 7, both charges dismissed; also charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on Sept. 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 for each charge.

Eric Aube, 19, Auburn, criminal trespass and harassment on June 5, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Timothy J. Aube, 39, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior on April 23, found guilty, fined $500.

Benjamin R. Audet, 19, Wilton, possession of marijuana on April 21, offense committed, fined $350.

Matthew Audet, 22, Poland, operating under the influence on May 29 and violating condition of release on May 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Donna M. Auger, 59, Poland Spring, operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on June 7, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Thomas D. Austin, 56, Farmingdale, operating under the influence on Aug. 12, sent to jury trial.

Sherrie Rose Awasjie, 34, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 2, sent to jury trial.

Nicholas Ayer, 18, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 28, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Niles E. Azevedo, 36, Jay, violating condition of release, operating after habitual offender revocation and two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Feb. 21, and operating after habitual offender revocation and violating condition of release on March 7, all charges dismissed.

Nathaniel Bagley, 28, Lewiston, criminal mischief, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release on July 10, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 60 days with all but seven days suspended and restitution of $1,050 for each charge.

Andrew N. Bailey, 25, West Paris, criminal threatening on Aug. 21, sent to jury trial.

Bethany K. Baird, 21, Lewiston, assault and disorderly conduct on May 7, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours with all suspended; also charged with violating condition of release on May 9 and terrorizing on May 7, both charges dismissed.

Raymond Banes, 53, Canton, duty status not current rule violation on July 10, found guilty, fined $250.

Douglas C. Banks, 34, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jeanne N. Bard, 54, South Portland, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Justin Romando Barefield, 28, Auburn, operating under the influence on June 10, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Todd M. Barnes, 30, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 27, dismissed.

Nicholas R. Barry, 26, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Philip J. Barry, 47, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 29, dismissed.

James Beauchesne, 45, Auburn, harassment on June 26, filed with cost of $300.

Belinda R. Becvar, 35, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior on June 5, dismissed.

Robert Beesley, 45, Monmouth, criminal speed on July 30, found guilty, fined $300.

Adam J. Beggs, 18, Auburn, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 25, offense committed, fined $200.

Eric Belanger, 30, Sumner, disorderly conduct on Aug. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Kristopher D. Belanger, 26, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 7, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Renee Belisle, 25, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 13, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to six months with all but seven days suspended and restitution of $1,464.16; also charged with forgery, theft by receiving stolen property, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked with prior on July 28, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to six months with all but seven days suspended and restitution of $1,464.16 for each charge; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $500; and violating condition of release, forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 26, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to six months with all but seven days suspended and restitution of $1,464.16 for each charge.

Christopher Bell, 22, Augusta, failing to comply with sex offender registration act on April 4, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days.

Heath J. Bell, 28, Gray, operating under the influence with one prior on July 24, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Jeremy Bennett, 29, Auburn, assault and criminal mischief on July 28, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jessica Bergeron, 32, Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs on May 25, 2006, dismissed.

John L. Bergeron, 35, Lisbon, criminal speed and criminal mischief on April 19, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, restitution of $75.

Rachel E. Bergeron, 32, Sabattus, failure to return library property replacement fee of $84.97 on Aug. 8, dismissed.

Kevin Earl Beriault II, 31, Lewiston, assault, obstructing the report of a crime and terrorizing on Oct. 3, found guilty on all charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but two days suspended and two years probation on first charge; sentenced to two days on second charge; fined $200 on third charge.

Todd L. Berry, 44, Lewiston, burglary of a motor vehicle and violating condition of release on July 2, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days; second charge dismissed.

Danielle Bertrand, 45, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Bertrand E. Berube, 61, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Sept. 11, dismissed.

Ryan R. Berube, 20, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Brenda J. Billings, 31, Durham, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $100.
