GLOSSARY – These legal terms are used: waived means the person charged gave up his right to appear in court; adjudicated means guilty of a civil violation; default means a person did not appear in court and the judge entered a guilty finding in the case; a finding of parole violation means a person violated a parole condition; filed means the case is to be dismissed at the end of filing period if conditions set are abided by. Court documents no longer reflect a person’s plea or their street addresses. The dates in the log are the dates of the original charge.

LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court:

Alphonse P. Blouin, 67, Lewiston, probation violation on a March 25, 2003, assault charge, sentenced to 48 hours and probation partially revoked and continued.

Miloslav Bolduc, 19, Litchfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Maurice Bouley, 54, Greene, criminal speed on May 3, dismissed.

Robby G. Brackett, 30, Paris, operating under the influence on Sept. 9, sent to jury trial.

Zachariah Brassard, 24, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 2, sent to jury trial.

Theodore F. Brassley III, 30, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason S. Bray, 29, Lewiston, operating after habitual offender revocation on June 28, sent to jury trial.

Chad S. Brewster, 21, Lewiston, violating condition of release and allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 10, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Jonathan Dale Brewster, 26, Lewiston, assault and violating condition of release on Oct. 30, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all but one day suspended and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Brian Brockett, 29, Bowdoinham, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 29, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Leonard G. Brooker, 36, Lewiston, terrorizing on July 27, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Hubert Ray Brooks, 22, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 28, sent to jury trial.

Danita M. Brown, 34, Benton, probation violation on the Oct. 17, 2006, endangering the welfare of a child charge, sentenced to 20 days and probation partially revoked and continued.

Victor Brown, 43, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 13, filed with no cost.

Alexis M. Bruns, 32, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 13, dismissed.

Ryan Bruns, 31, Gray, indecent conduct on June 28, 2006, dismissed.

Barbara Bunnell, 35, Auburn, two counts of assault on Aug. 26, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jason S. Burke, 28, Abington, Mass., operating under the influence on July 12, sent to jury trial.

Tracy R. Burke, 33, Auburn, protective order from harassment violation on April 28, dismissed.

Fae E. Bushway, 47, Harrison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Charles Bussiere, 19, Auburn, possession of liquor by a minor on Aug. 9, fined $400 by default.

Jennifer L. Butler, 29, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Aug. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Leonard H. Byron, 54, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release on June 2, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Pierre Joseph Calhoun, 18, Lewiston, violating condition of release on July 16, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Paul Camire, 22, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on July 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Michael L. Campbell, 42, Auburn, operating under the influence on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days and license suspended 90 days.

Andre Carrier, 45, Lewiston, operating without safety equipment on Aug. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Katelyn A. Cartwright, 23, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on June 7 and violating condition of release on Aug. 7, both charges dismissed.

Daniel Castonguay, 19, Jay, operating under the influence and failing to stop for an officer on May 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Craig G. Charpentier, 33, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior and operating a vehicle without a license on April 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $900, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended; second charge dismissed.

Barry Cynthia L. Chartier, 51, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Katherine Clabby, 45, Lewiston, operating under the influence on July 28, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Jonathan W. Davis, 35, Lewiston, operating under the influence with one prior, refusing to sign a criminal summons and failure to stop, remain, render aid and/or personal injury on June 10, found guilty on all charges, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended on first charge; fined $100 for each on second and third charges.

Devin A. De La Cruz, 18, East Greenwick, R.I., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Cecile Delcourt, 57, Ocean Park, operating under the influence and driving to endanger on April 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575 and license suspended 30 days.

Lisa Mae Desrosiers, 46, Auburn, violating condition of release on Sept. 25, sent to jury trial.

Timothy J. Dieterich, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior on April 28, found guilty, fined $500.

Tiffany R. Dillingham, 25, Auburn, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and two counts of criminal threatening on Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $75; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third and fourth charges, sentenced to 24 hours for each charge.

John T. Dorr, 33, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Oct. 6, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Shaun S. Dorrington, 33, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, operating after habitual offender revocation, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on April 27, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $400 and sentenced to 48 hours; offense committed on third charge, fined $300; fourth charge dismissed.

Susan R. Dube, 52, Topsham, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 24, 2006, found guilty, fined $250.

Ronald R. Duchette, 57, Lewiston, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 15, fined $350 by default.

Michele A. Dufour, 46, Greene, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Dec. 6, 2006, filed with no cost.

Richard A. Dupuis, 44, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 2, filed with no cost.

Donald E. Edwards, 22, Oxford, assault on Aug. 8, sent to jury trial.

Kristianne M. Edwards, 25, Jay, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard R. Edwards Jr., 19, Lewiston, criminal trespass and violating condition of release on Oct. 12, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Mathew J. Ellis, 20, Lewiston, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor on July 20, sent to jury trial.

Shannon M. Ernst, 24, Alfred, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 15, 2004, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Tina M. Evans, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Aug. 8, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.
