AUBURN – The following cases were closed recently in the Androscoggin County Superior Court.

Aaron Jason Jackson, 22, Auburn, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Jan. 11, and assault and criminal mischief on Feb. 11, all charges dismissed.

Patrick A. Jackson, 31, Lewiston, probation violations on the March 9, 2006, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and Jan. 17, 2006, and March 6, 2006, forgery charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison and probation revoked for each charge; also charged with eluding an officer, attaching false plates and operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 10, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second and third charges dismissed.

Jessica Karcher, 24, Topsham, obstructing government administration on Jan. 5, 2006, found guilty, fined $500.

Rebecca Catherine Koniak, 30, Lewiston, forgery on July 24, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but 42 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $3,165.

Daniel Richard Landry, 37, Lewiston, probation violation on a July 7, 2006, assault charge, sentenced to eight months at the county jail and probation partially revoked.

Shawn Edward Latham, 36, Norway, gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, violating condition of release, unlawful sexual touching and visual sexual aggression against a child on June 26, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all but two years suspended and four years probation; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third, fourth and fifth charges, sentenced to six months at the county jail for each charge; also charged with operating under the influence on May 27, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

Michael Scott Leeman, 25, Lewiston, probation violation on a Jan. 9, 2006, terrorizing charge, sentenced to 67 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with assault on Sept. 26, dismissed.

Brian Gene Levesque, 30, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 15, 2005, assault charge, sentenced to 28 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 12, dismissed.

Carey L. Mathis, 41, Lewiston, probation violation on a Nov. 30, 2006, assault charge, sentenced to 25 months at the state prison and probation partially revoked.

Joseph K. May, 35, Lewiston, unlawful possession of hydrocodone and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Jan. 25, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation; also charged with two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Jan. 25, 2006, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $1,000, sentenced to eight years at the state prison with all suspended and three years probation on first charge; sentenced to four years at the state prison with all suspended and two years probation on second charge; third and fourth charges dismissed.

Kirsta McElfresh, 30, Lewiston, assault on June 2, found not guilty.

Karona Meas, 37, Wells, operating while license suspended or revoked and driving to endanger on June 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $750 on second charge.

James R. Newcomb, 41, Livermore, operating under the influence on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 72 hours at the county jail and license suspended 90 days.

William Oneil, 64, Buckfield, probation violation on a Feb. 2 assault charge, sentenced to three days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Lawrence Watson Perham, 30, Auburn, assault and violating condition of release on Sept. 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 48 hours and two years probation; second charge dismissed.

Daniel D. Perry, 36, Lewiston, assault on Dec. 15, 2006, filed with cost of $300.

Suzanne Petty, 38, Lewiston, aggravated assault on Aug. 31, dismissed.

Souksakhone T. Pholsina, 33, Lewiston, criminal threatening and assault on Aug. 23, both charges dismissed.

Eric R. Pleau, 20, Lewiston, probation violation on a Sept. 21, 2006, reckless conduct charge, probation continued.

Brandon Powell, 21, Lewiston, two counts of aggravated assault on Sept. 4, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Nichole Jean Powell, 23, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on May 26, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Michael Dominique Reaves, 27, Lewiston, probation violation on the July 1, 2003, and Aug. 13, 2004, sexual abuse of a minor charges and Aug. 14, 2004, and Sept. 14, 2004, aggravated trafficking, furnishing and cultivating drugs charges, sentenced to nine months and one day at the state prison and probation partially revoked on all charges.

Miriam Reilly, 25, Durham, probation violation on a Jan. 5, 2005, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to 51 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued.

Benjamin Wilson Roberts, 29, Auburn, probation violation on the Aug. 28, 2005, theft by unauthorized use of property and burglary of a motor vehicle charges, sentenced to five months at the county jail and probation partially revoked on first charge; sentenced to six months at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued on second charge; also charged with assault and terrorizing on Oct. 17, both charges dismissed.

Nicole Rodriguez, 25, Lewiston, criminal mischief and two counts of assault on May 26, 2006, found guilty on first charge, unconditional discharge; second and third charges dismissed.

Raymond Chester Rolls, 66, Lewiston, burglary, gross sexual assault and assault on Aug. 3, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to five years at the state prison with all but 10 months suspended and two years probation; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to six months at the county jail with all suspended and one year probation.

Marcel R. Roy, 49, Leeds, probation violation on a Aug. 5, 2006, violating protective order charge, probation continued.

Steven J. Sands, 36, Lewiston, forgery and theft by receiving stolen property on July 24, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 87 days suspended, two years probation and restitution of $3,165; second charge dismissed.

Jonathan K. Santana, 21, Springfield, Mass., unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and criminal forfeiture of property on June 26, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and sentenced to two years at the state prison; second and third charges dismissed.

Jarrod J. Sawyer, 35, Hartford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violating condition of release on Aug. 8, 2005, and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release, falsifying physical evidence and eluding an officer on Oct. 12, 2005, all charges dismissed.

Michelle Wanda Scott, 38, Lewiston, assault on Aug. 21, found guilty, fined $300 and sentenced to 14 days at the county jail.

Jerome C. Smith, 28, Lewiston, assault, criminal threatening, obstructing the report of a crime and criminal mischief on Sept. 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to two years at the county jail with all but three months suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail.

Charles Stilkey, 43, Lewiston, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Feb. 10, both charges dismissed.

Geoffrey F. Taylor, 21, Auburn, operating under the influence on July 13, found guilty, fined $500.

Ty H. Taylor, 46, Lewiston, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of criminal threatening on March 25, 2006, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two years at the state prison for each on first and second charges; sentenced to nine months at the county jail for each on third and fourth charges.

Cody R. Tribble, 20, Lewiston, theft by receiving stolen property on Nov. 5, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to two years at the state prison with all but 35 days suspended and two years probation; also charged with burglary and aggravated assault on Sept. 18, both charges dismissed.

Nicholas R. Vachon, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct due to offensive words and/or gestures on Aug. 28, found guilty, fined $100.

Guner A. Vicelich, 19, Jay, probation violation on the Oct. 27, 2006, burglary and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon charges, sentenced to 90 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Martin R. Vining, 38, Livermore Falls, aggravated trafficking of schedule Z drugs on April 18 and violating condition of release on July 19, found guilty on both charges, fined $400 and sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on first charge; sentenced to 90 days at the county jail on second charge.

William Visconti, 32, Tallahasse, Fla., aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on Aug. 5, dismissed.

Bryan E. Walker, 44, Jay, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property on Dec. 16, 2006, both charges dismissed.

Jay Mark Webster, 29, Portland, probation violation on the Sept. 9, 2005, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charges, sentenced to 10 days at the county jail and probation partially revoked and continued for each charge.

Timothy Weeks, 36, Lisbon, operating after habitual offender revocation, with three prior, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and carrying a concealed weapon on Jan. 10, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000 and sentenced to nine months and one day; second and third charges dismissed.

Joshua A. Whitlock, 29, Auburn, probation violation on a July 27, 2003, gross sexual assault charge; sentenced to four years at the state prison with all but nine months and one day suspended and four years probation.

Herbert L. Willey Jr., 20, Lewiston, gross sexual assault on June 2, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 10 years at the state prison with all but five years suspended and six years probation.

Bruce Richard Wing, 26, Mexico, probation violation on a Aug. 20, 2005, burglary charge, sentenced to 20 days at the county jail and probation revoked.

Patricia Wing, 22, Lewiston, assault and criminal mischief on May 26, 2006, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Floyd J. Young Sr., 45, Lewiston, two counts of assault on Aug. 24, and obstructing the report of a crime on Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 12 months at the state prison with all but 72 days suspended and two years probation; second and third charges dismissed.
