SilverSneakers class hosts pre-K kids

AUBURN – The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA SilverSneakers class hosted the children of the YMCA’s pre-kindergarten classes to a Halloween get-together last fall.

The customized SilverSneakers classes are designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance plus add a dynamic social aspect to their lives.

The SilverSneakers program is an opportunity to take charge of health.

The newest class, YogaStretch, is offered at 10:30 a.m. Wednesdays.

The SilverSneakers muscular strength and range of movement exercise classes are held from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays.
