LEWISTON – Casey Armstrong was recently appointed to the position of network operations center technician at Oxford Networks in Lewiston. He is responsible for fielding incoming calls and providing timely resolution and technical support for Oxford Networks’ voice, video and data services. In addition, he provides on-premise technical support, working closely with field technicians and other technical resources.

Armstrong has four years experience as a customer service representative at Oxford Networks, and holds a level A certification in business and clerical.

He lives in Lewiston and is a former member of the United Way committee.
