AUBURN – The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Professional Bartending and Mixology” (LMT 001-21) from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 23 to March 26. The cost of $325 includes materials.

Students will learn the basics of professional bartending and mixology in the operation of commercial institutions. The program also includes the Maine Course, a six-hour seminar in the responsible service of alcohol. Participants will learn the functional level that is acceptable to the Maine Liquor Commission and the Department of Human Services.

The course will be taught by Larry Risko.
