Indictments, Androscoggin County grand jury

AUBURN – The Androscoggin County grand jury recently handed up indictments against these individuals.

James Thomas Pelham, 36, 94 College St., Lewiston, two counts of aggravated assault on Dec. 29.

Kevin Pierre, 26, 15 Illinois St., Worcester, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking on Oct. 22.

Jill L. Polley, 32, 238 Park St., Lewiston, operating without a license, three counts of burglary and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking on March 22.

Ivimarie Quiles, 27, 251 Minot Ave., Auburn, forgery on May 8 and theft by unauthorized taking on May 9.

Levi W. Reeve, 27, 28 Searles St., Livermore Falls, criminal OUI on Oct. 14.

Scott J. Ryder, 51, 12 Sandy Lane, Livermore, criminal OUI, violation of condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on June 7.

Brandi L. Saucier-Martin, 32, 193 Holland St., Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking on Oct. 27.

Jesse Allen Shepherd, 32, 8 Beale St., Lewiston, violation of condition of release and three counts of assault on Nov. 2.

Robert G. Steiner, 39, 50 County Way, Portland, theft by unauthorized taking on Nov. 13, 2004.

MacArthur Taylor, 34, 16 Prescott St., Leominster, Mass., unlawful trafficking scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating without a license, criminal forfeiture and two counts of trafficking in prison contraband on Oct. 29.

Celine M. Theriault, 47, 133 Spring St., Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking and violating condition of release on Dec. 11.

Martin Sean Thomas, 43, address unknown, terrorizing and violation of condition of release on Dec. 3.

Michael R. Willett, 32, Walker Hill Road, Jay, criminal threatening, violation of condition of release, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Oct. 25.

Earl D. Witten Sr., 52, 121 Spring St., Auburn, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Sept. 6.
