WILTON – A series of Lenten services presented by the pastors of the four church cluster, which is comprised of the Wilton United Methodist Church, the North Jay Methodist Church, Eaton Memorial Methodist Church in Livermore Falls and the Livermore Methodist Church, will begin on Feb. 6, Ash Wednesday, at the Wilton church.

Pastor will be Ami Sawtelle. The service will begin at 6:30 p.m. All subsequent service will also begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be held each Thursday until Easter.

The schedule is:

Feb. 14: the Rev. Desmond Parker will preach on the teachers who hated Jesus; North Jay Methodist Church.

Feb. 21: Pastor Elizabeth Bailey-Roberts will preach on the traitor who sold Jesus, Livermore Methodist Church.

Feb. 28: the Rev. Desmond Parker will preach on the judge who sentenced Jesus, Eaton Memorial Methodist Church.

March 6: Pastor Bailey-Roberts will preach on the thieves who died with Jesus, Wilton Methodist Church.

March 13: Pastor Ami Sawtelle will preach on those who ministered to Jesus, North Jay Methodist Church.

March 20: Maundy Thursday of Holy Week, Pastor Ami Sawtelle will preach at Eaton Memorial Methodist Church.
