Katherine M. Demerchant, 31, Turner, failure to register vehicle on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $75.

Ricky M. Denonville, 48, Hartford, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Aug. 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; offense committed on second charge, fined $300.

Donna M. Desalle, 35, Sabattus, theft of services on Sept. 4 and refusing to sign criminal summons on Sept. 3, both charges sent to jury trial.

Dennis Despins, 78, Lewiston, failing to yield right of way on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $250.

Laura J. Desrosiers, 25, Lewiston, endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 5, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and one year probation.

Nicholas J. Dewitt, 22, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 11, found guilty, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended 90 days.

Hoda F. Dirir, 20, Lewiston, assault on March 5, filed with no cost.

Anthony S. Dixon, 21, Greene, criminal speed on April 13, found guilty, fined $300.

Daniel R. Doherty, 41, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on June 9, dismissed.

Brandon M. Donovan, 20, Lisbon Falls, theft by receiving stolen property on April 22, found guilty, sentenced to two days and restitution of $48.

John T. Dorr, 33, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Aug. 4, violating condition of release on Aug. 24, and disorderly conduct due to unreasonable noise and violating condition of release on Sept. 27, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to 48 hours for each charge.

Nikki Doucette, 18, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 10, found guilty, fined $100.

Anthony M. Douglas, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Oct. 18, offense committed, fined $350.

Brittany E. Drake, 21, Auburn, criminal mischief on Oct. 13, dismissed.

Christine Drinkwater, 29, Greene, assault on June 9, dismissed.

Dino J. Drinkwater, 38, Poland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 20, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $1.29.

Rebecca L. Drouin, 34, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Peter A. Drown Jr., 41, Livermore, three counts of keeping an unlicensed dog on July 17, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $50 for each charge; offense committed on third charge, fined $50.

Nichole Dube, 21, Topsham, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on May 13, found guilty, fined $500.

Deasy Edwards, 38, Casco, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 7, found guilty, fined $100.

Shawn Ellingwood, 18, Durham, consuming liquor by a minor and sale or furnishing tobacco to a minor on Sept. 8, offense committed on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Heath A. Emery, 26, Auburn, operating under the influence, with prior, on Oct. 22, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 14 days, license suspended 18 months and registration suspended.

Loren J. Erlandson, 45, Lewiston, assault on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation.

Timothy J. Evrard, 28, Auburn, attaching false plates on May 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Louann Faletra, 41, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Forest Theodore Farnum Jr., 21, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana on May 9, first and second charges dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $450.

Benjamin S. Farrar, 27, Lewiston, assault, terrorizing and defrauding a creditor on Sept. 3, and assault and criminal threatening on Oct. 28, all charges sent to jury trial.

Justin Featherman, 28, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 13, dismissed.

Kurtis J. Garland, 21, Turner, violating condition of release on May 25, found guilty, sentenced to four days.

Timothy A. Garnier, 42, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Sept. 4, fined $350 by default.

Frederick S. Gates, 35, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 13, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Mechelle Gauthier, 31, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 12, found guilty, fined $200.

Kenneth N. K. Gayton, 20, Lisbon, operating an ATV on a public way and operating an unregistered ATV on Sept. 23, offense committed on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

John Giguere, 41, Poland, possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 9, offense committed on both charges, fined $350 on first charge; fined $300 on second charge.

Kyle J. Giguere, 20, Auburn, operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Matthew J. Giguere, 19, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 5, found not guilty.

Beaumont Gile, 18, Auburn, impersonating a public servant and attaching false plates on Oct. 15, found guilty on both charges, 20 hours community service on first charge; 10 hours community service on second charge; also charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, operating a vehicle without a license and violating condition of release on Nov. 4, found guilty on all charges, sentenced to two days for each charge.

Gary T. Givens, 45, Leeds, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Oct. 22, found guilty on both charges, fined $250 on first charge; fined $50 with all suspended on second charge.

George M. Glenn, 38, Robinsdale, Minn., operating a vehicle without a license on June 23, found guilty, fined $100.
