LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Jeffrey A. Glover, 40, Auburn, violating a protective order and violating condition of release on Sept. 17, both charges dismissed.

Heidi M. Godomsky, 38, Bethel, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Oct. 18, both charges sent to jury trial.

Nadine M. Gonzalez, 23, Lewiston, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on May 9, dismissed.

Nadine Gonzalez, 23, Auburn, operating under the influence and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Aug. 24, found guilty on first charge, fined $500 and license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Kaldon G. Goodwin, 21, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Douglas R. Goulding, 19, Scituate, Mass., possession of liquor by a minor on Sept. 7, offense committed, fined $200.

Renee Goyette, 36, Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $250.

Ashley J. Grandmaison, 23, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and failure to register vehicle on Sept. 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $500 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Ryan S. Green, 35, Wilton, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on Aug. 23, found guilty, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 days.

Eric D. Greene, 19, Auburn, operating under the influence on Oct. 2, sent to jury trial.

Kristy M. Grenier, 24, Auburn, assault and disorderly conduct on July 17, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Valerie A. Grenier, 30, Auburn, probation violation on a March 17 assault charge, sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Tammy Griffiths, 37, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua Gross, 25, Lisbon, assault and obstructing the report of a crime on Oct. 4, found guilty on both charges, fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Ly T. Ha, 35, Monroe, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on July 22, found guilty, fined $400 and sentenced to seven days.

Jennifer L. Haley, 19, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release on July 25, both charges filed with cost of $75.

Corey W. Hall, 23, Lewiston, violating condition of release on Nov. 11, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Todd M. Hallett, 29, Hallowell, criminal speed on June 30, dismissed.

Michael J. Hamel, 23, Jay, violating condition of release on Nov. 18, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Thomas Hamlin, 36, Westbrook, failure to register vehicle on Oct. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Reubin C. Hardy, 32, Lewiston, probation violation on a June 8 assault charge, sentenced to 180 days and probation partially revoked.

Sidney C. Harford, 44, Lewiston, probation violation on a May 11, 2004, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge, sentenced to nine months and one day and probation partially revoked and continued.

Jamie Harkins, 30, Auburn, possession of marijuana on Oct. 26, offense committed, fined $350.

Donald Harrington, 39, Lisbon Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Jacqueline A. Harris, 25, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, on April 13, dismissed.

Stephanie Lynn Harris, 33, Lisbon, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on April 13, found guilty, fined $400.

Gregory C. Hazard, 37, Auburn, obstructing the report of a crime and two counts of assault on Oct. 29, found guilty on first and second charges, sentenced to 24 hours with all suspended on first charge; fined $300, sentenced to 120 days with all suspended and two years probation on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Stephen Vinton Heath, 51, Roxbury, duty status not current rule violation on Aug. 13, sent to jury trial.

Shawn Herrick, 29, Lewiston, disorderly conduct on Sept. 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Gordon E. Higgins Jr., 38, Sabattus, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 15, 2006, found guilty, fined $100 and restitution of $85.
