Don Smith, a member of Rumford Lodge of Elks 862, and his wife, Pam, recently participated in the laying of Christmas wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery. Worcester Wreath Co. of Harrington donates wreaths for the project. Smith said it was a memorable and worthwhile experience.
