BETHEL – The 34th annual Heritage Day will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Bethel Historical Society’s Regional History Center. A number of activities are planned.
At the O’Neil Robinson House, five exhibits (Androscoggin River, White Mountain Souvenirs, Maine Barns, O’Neil Robinson House and Bethel) will be available for viewing.
Several craftspeople will demonstrate traditional crafts. There will also be a series of historical films on local subjects.
Jay Boschetti of Steam Mill Antiques will be available, for a $5 donation, to provide an opinion on antiques and collectibles (limited to one or two items) for those wishing to take them to the Robinson House during the afternoon.
At the Dr. Moses Mason House tours will be available, with warm Indian pudding served from the hearth of the winter kitchen. The museum shop will also be open. Everyone is welcome.
