PARIS – Krista Cayer of Tranquility Massage has moved to the Hope Center on High Street. There she will be doing massage, Reiki and crainosacral therapy.

Cayer is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. She graduated from Central Maine Massage School in 2005. From there she went on to further her education and get her certification in crainosacral therapy, level 1, in 2006.

Crainosacral therapy is a method of detection and correction that encourages a person’s own natural healing mechanisms to dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system. The benefits are better overall health and resistance to disease. The therapy also helps alleviate a range of illnesses, pain and dysfunction.
