LEWISTON – St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center will sponsor “Let Your Heart Dance!” at 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Museum L-A in the Bates Mill complex, 35 Canal St.

A heart-healthy meal will be served, then Dr. Dervilla McCann, director of cardiology at St. Mary’s, will share her knowledge about heart health and how dance can play an important role in keeping healthy.

Dancers from the American Ballroom Dance Academy will show those attending how to perform two basic ballroom dances, then patrons will be able to dance the night away.

Those who wear red in honor of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign for heart health will be eligible for prizes.
