MEXICO – A Girl Scout parent information and registration night will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Mexico Congregational Church (Green Church).

Those attending will sample a Girl Scout meeting. Girl Scouts of Maine serves more than 14,000 girls ages 5 to 17 statewide.

The registration fee to become a member of Girl Scouts is $10, payable by check, and financial assistance is available for the fee.

Girl Scouts of Maine also has many volunteer options for adults, including troop leaders.
