April Auger, 30, Turner, stealing drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, June 29, 2007; first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, fined $400.

Thomas Bell, 37, Wyman, threatening display of weapon, Nov. 19, 2006, dismissed.

Eric Burgess, 37, Rangeley, violating condition of release, Oct. 17, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Karen Cutchin, 33, Augusta, two counts, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release, Dec. 11, 2006.

Ruth Haszko, 40, Farmington, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, July 2, 2007, dismissed.

Eric Heath, 36, New Vineyard, criminal mischief, Feb. 19, 2007, dismissed.

James Kaplan Jr., 38, Farmington, failing to make oral or written accident report, April 29, 2007, dismissed.

Josie Marquis, 30, Wilton, operating under the influence, Aug. 19, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Hazen Pingree, 19, Wilton, assault on an officer, May 19, 2007, dismissed.

Gayle Silver, 39, Portland, assault, Aug. 12, 2006, found guilty, fined $300.

Todd Toothaker, 26, Farmington, operating under the influence with 2 priors, Nov. 5, 2005, probation revoked, 2 years in state prison.

Wallace Virgin, 55, Carthage, six counts of possession of sexually explicit material, July 8, 2004, found guilty, probation partially revoked, probation continued, no sentence imposed.

Brandon Wheeler, 19, Phillips, operating under the influence with one prior, Sept. 18, 2006, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 7 days, license suspended 18 months.
