LEWISTON – Michael and Liane Jalbert of Lewiston are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Jalbert of Manchester, N.H., to Joseph Emmons of Goffstown, N.H., son of Todd and Margaret Emmons of Springfield, Mass.
Miss Jalbert is a 2000 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 2004 graduate of St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H., with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She plans to get her master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire in Manchester this year. She is currently employed at Child and Family Services of New Hampshire as a social worker.
Mr. Emmons is a 2000 graduate of Trinity High School in Manchester, N.H., and received a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Anselm College in Manchester in 2004. He received his master’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2007. He is currently employed at St. Anselm College as the assistant director of annual giving.
An Oct. 18 ceremony will be held at 3:30 p.m. at the Abbey Church of St. Anselm College, with a reception to follow at the Castleton in Windham, N.H.
