Beau J. Oliver, 24, Kingfield, assault, criminal mischief and violating condition of release, Dec. 6, 2007, first charge, found guilty, sentenced to 180 days all but 21 days suspended, probation one year; second and third charges dismissed.

Scott W. Osborne, 37, Industry, unlawful use of license, found guilty, fined $100.

Jason K. Ouellette, 31, Farmington, stalking, Dec. 6, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days.

Duane M. Pinkham, 51, Phillips, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, Dec. 6, 2007, first charge dismissed; second charge, offense committed, fined $350.

Larry N. Pond, 31, Fayette, criminal mischief, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, Dec. 6, 2007, first charge, found guilty, restitution $774; second charge, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to seven days; third charge, found guilty, sentenced to days days, fourth offense dismissed.

Glen R. Rackliffe, 48, Stratton, hunting antlerless deer without permit, Dec. 20, 2007, found guilty, fined $200.

Bryan Reutter, 30, Wilton, operating under the influence, Sept. 23, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Autumn Richards, 28, East Dixfield, possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 19, 2007, first charge, offense committed, fined $350; second charge dismissed.

Cassandra Richardson, 34, New Sharon, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, Sept. 2, 2007, found guilty, fined $500.

William Ridge, 20, South Portland, minor consuming liquor, Oct. 26, 2007, offense committed, fined $200.

Henry Robbins, 18, Farmington, possession of marijuana, Nov. 9, 2007, offense committed, fined $350.

Leslie Robbins, 43, Canaan, operating while license suspended or revoked, Nov. 7, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

Anthony Sturtevant, 49, Arundel, operating under the influence with two priors, July 29, 2005, probation revoked, sentenced to eight months, probation partially revoked.

Shawn Sweenhart, 37, Farmington, operating under the influence, Sept. 19, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Kenneth Taylor, 57, New Sharon, operating while license suspended or revoked with prior, May 31, 2007, dismissed.

Barry Thomas, 48, Farmington, assault, obstructing report of crime, violating condition of release, Nov. 10, 2007, sent to jury trial.
