GREENWOOD – Barbara Mandy of Oxford and John Magoon of Greenwood announce the engagement of their son, Timothy Magoon of Brighton, Mass., to Lindsay Nelson of Brighton, Mass., daughter of Kathy and Tom Nelson of Oxford, Conn.
Miss Nelson received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Providence College in Providence, R.I. She is employed by Babson College in Wellesly, Mass., as an online content manager.
Mr. Magoon received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bryant College in Smithfield, R.I. He is employed by iProspect in Watertown, Mass., as a senior marketing analyst.
The wedding will take place Dec. 6.
