Matthew R. Johnson, 20, Auburn, criminal trespass, and assault, on Dec. 4, 2007, first charge found guilty, sentenced to 30 days at the county jail; second charge dismissed.

Richard Alan Kendall, 41, Norway, assault, obstructing report of crime, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, on Dec. 3, 2007, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $400.

Gordon E. Kezer Jr., 40, Lewiston, assault and obstructing report of crime, both charges dismissed.
