• Bryan J. Bouchard, 32, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on a charge of violating a protection order, turned himself in at 9:40 a.m. April 19 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $200 cash bail. An arraignment date in Rumford District Court has yet to be set.

• Kevin Averill, 40, Mexico, operating under the influence, 11 p.m. April 18. He was released on $200 cash bail and will be arraigned on July 8 in Rumford District Court.
