SABATTUS – Raffle tickets, with proceeds to benefit Loaves and Fishes, are on sale at the Dominican Sisters convent in Sabattus. Prizes include a family genealogy research packet, valued at $500, a cord of wood, a weekend at the retreat center on Buker Pond, heating oil and paintings.

The drawing will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at the Sabattus Town Hall, preceded by a spaghetti luncheon from 12:30 to 1:30. Sabattus Police, friends and volunteer students will serve the meal.

Advanced tickets for the meal are $6 each and are available at the Dominican Convent or they can be purchased at the door for $7.

A bake sale benefiting Loaves and Fishes will be held May 1, 2 and 3 at the Sabattus Credit Union. For more information, call Sister Lucille at 375-8399.
