RUMFORD – Dave and Judy (Billings) Sanborn of Rumford are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ronda Billings, to David Morra, son of Anthony Morra of Medfield, Mass., and Barbara Morra of Waltham, Mass.

Ms. Billings is also the daughter of the late Ronald Billings of Swansea, Ill., and the granddaughter of Catherine (Cassie) Goodoff of Rumford and the late Alphonse Goodoff of Mexico. She is a 1990 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and 1994 graduate of University of Maine at Orono, and is the director of marketing for a software company in Dedham, Mass.

Mr. Morra is the grandson of the late Marguerite Jean Barrow of Lincoln, Mass., and the late Norman Fredrick Barrow of Waltham Mass., and the late Lawrence and Margaret Morra of North Kingstown R.I. He is a 1991 graduate of Needham High School in Needham, Mass., and a 1995 graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I. He is employed in sales.

An August wedding is planned in Bar Harbor.
