GLOSSARY

These legal terms are used: waived means the person charged gave up the right to appear in court; adjudicated means guilty of a civil violation; default means a person did not appear in court and the judge entered a guilty finding in the case; a finding of parole violation means a person violated a parole condition; filed means the case is to be dismissed at the end of filing period if conditions set are abided by. Court documents no longer reflect a person’s plea or their street addresses. The dates in the log are the dates of the original charge.

Barbara J. Allison, 49, Auburn, operating under the influence (one prior) on Sept. 14, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Atsou B. Aloegnikou, 27, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register vehicle on Sept. 18, 2007, both charges sent to jury trial.

Vicki Anastos, 43, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 10, 2007, assault and disorderly conduct on Nov. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, second charge dismissed, found guilty on third charge, fined $150.

William R. Anderson, 50, Poland, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Jan. 30, found guilty, fined $150.

Arleena R. Arsenault, 22, Lewiston, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 16, 2007, found guilty, fined $100.

Vance A. Ashley, 39, West Paris, possession of marijuana, offense committed, fined $350.

Andrew N. Bailey, 25, Turner, violating condition of release on Nov. 27, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to two days at the Androscoggin County Jail.

Todd W. Bailey, 36, Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 30, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

Darnell Ballard, 24, Lewiston, criminal threatening on Aug. 5, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 50 days at the Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked.

Justin Romando Barefield, 29, Lewiston, operating under the influence on June 10, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in the Androscoggin County Jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Austin D. Bean, 23, Lewiston, assault, violating condition of release on Dec. 23, 2007, dismissed on both charges.

John K. Beaulieu, 22, Lewiston, violating protective order on Jan. 23, trial sent to jury.

Wesley D. Bell, 32, Freeport, operating unregistered snowmobile, offense committed, fined $100.
