NORWAY – The Family Birthplace at Stephens Memorial Hospital has announced a free “Breastfeeding Your Newborn” class for new and experienced mothers from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 2, in the Harper Conference Center.

Gail Martel will lead the class, which will cover the facts of breastfeeding, and help to dispel the myths about it. The group will also learn skills for successful breastfeeding. The class will help make people aware of the support services available to breastfeeding mothers.
