FARMINGTON – The following cases were heard recently in 12th District Court:

John Collinson, 55, Sandwich, Mass., operating unregistered snowmobile on Dec. 28, 2007, offense committed, fined $150.

Kevin Everett Cook, 37, Phillips, possession of marijuana on Oct. 31, 2007, offense committed, fined $350.

Jason C. Cook, 19, Belgrade, minor possessing liquor on Dec. 16, 2007, offense committed, fined $200.

Erica L. Cote, 24, Fayette, theft by unauthorized use of property on June 30, 2007, charge dismissed.

Kelly A. Cote, 37, Farmington, operating under the influence, two charges unlawful possession of scheduled drug, driving to endanger on Oct. 13, 2007, first three charges dismissed; found guilty on last charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Stephen P. Cote, 24, Sanford, stalking and violating condition of release on Aug. 25, 2007, both charges sent to jury trial.

Jenny L. Couture, 26, Jay, operating while license suspended or revoked and unlawful use of license on Feb. 1, first charge dismissed, second charge found guilty, fined $150.

Kelley-Jo Couture, 25, Wilton, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 10, 2007, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $50.

Scotty A. Couture, 19, Jay, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Sept. 19, 2007, filed with no cost.

Kevin S. Crandall, 24, Farmington, criminal mischief on Jan. 7, 2007, found guilty, fined $300.

Davin T. Currie, 21, Farmington, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 16, 2007, both charges filed with no cost.

Jason D. Cynewski, 20, South Berwick, operating under the influence, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restricted, and driving to endanger on Dec. 11, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200; found guilty on third charge, fined $575, and license suspended for 30 days.

Todd E. Dandrea, 37, N. Scituate, R.I., violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 27, guilty by default, fined $100.

Joseph A. Degone, 23, Strong, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 27, 2007, found guilty, fined $250.

Brandon J. Demillo, 20, Jay, violating condition of release on Oct. 7, 2007, charge dismissed.

Brandon J. Demillo, 20, Jay, minor transporting liquor on Oct. 7, 2007, charge dismissed.

Richard Depuy, 46, Litchfield, violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 26, offense committed, fined $100.

Shane B. Dexter, 21, Farmington, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $250.

Beard Ty Donahue, 30, Fairfield, operating under the influence on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Brandice M. Dotolo, 25, Phillips, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 6, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Harold M. Dow, 43, Freeman Township, failure to comply with Sex Offender Registration Act, 1st offense on Dec. 2, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 45 days.

Michael J. Doyen, 47, Boothbay, violating snowmobile noise level limits on Jan. 26, wavered, fined $100.

Mark E. Dube, 41, East Granby, Conn., operating after license suspension on Sept. 28, 2007, filed with cost of $250.

Willie Dube, 72, Jay, assault on Dec. 29, 2007, found guilty, fined $300.

Steven M. Dudley Sr., 44, Norridgewock, operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior, and attaching false plates on Dec. 30, 2007, found guilty on first charge, fined $750, sentenced to 10 days; second charge dismissed.

Bernard Dugan, 56, Oquossoc, operating under the influence on Feb. 20, sent to jury trial.

Molly A. Dunphy, 41, North Anson, operating under the influence on Dec. 31, 2007, found guilty, fined $600, license suspended 90 days.

Shari Dupree, 27, Wilton, operating under the influence on Nov. 16, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Michael Dutra, 20, Southwest Harbor, violating condition of release on Dec. 24, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Nicole A. Dyer, 27, Jay, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 14, 2007, and negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 18, 2007, found guilty on both charges, first charge fined $100, restitution of $31; second charge fined $100, restitution of $34.

William J. Edwards, 27, Seabrook, N.H., operating unregistered snowmobile on March 4, waived, fined $100.

Anthony J. Eisenberg, 19, Farmington, possession of marijuana on Feb. 2, offense committed, fined $350.

Richard P. Eldridge, 34, New Sharon, harassment on Nov. 9, 2007, filed with no cost.

Carlton J. Elliott, 19, Chesterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, and violating condition of release on March 28, found guilty on both charges, first charge fined $250; second charge sentenced to 48 hours.

Johanna E. Ellis, 21, Chesterville, allowing dog to be at large, priors on Jan. 22, offense committed, fined $75.

Frank A. Ellsworth, 51, Eustis, operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 28, 2007, file with no cost.

Daniel Enman Sr., 33, Wilton, domestic violence assault, priors, on Feb. 11, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew J. Enman, 31, Orono, operating after registration suspended, waived, fined $150.

Samuel S. Farrington, 20, Jay, failing to make oral or written accident report, and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on July 27, 2007, and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 26, 2007, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100; third charge dismissed.
