LIVERMORE FALLS – Residents have 39 articles to consider in an all-day referendum on Tuesday, June 10.
Polls open at 9 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. at the town office that day.
Selectmen are recommending a $2.57 million budget while the Budget Committee is pushing for $2.56 million. The latter’s suggestion is $7,015 lower than selectmen’s, with most of the difference in the Fire Department budget.
After factoring in $215,523 in revenues, the appropriations are anticipated to be $2.35 million. This year’s budget is $2.54 million, and after factoring in $175,019 in revenues, total appropriations are $2.36 million, according to budget documents.
