LEWISTON – FISC Solutions has promoted Jill Parker to senior vice president of operations. She will oversee operations, loan servicing, project management and information technology departments.

Parker joined FISC in August 2006 as vice president of loan servicing operations, where she played an essential role in the growth of loan operations through regulatory changes that impacted the student loan market.

She has become integral to the management decision process of the company. In January 2007, she assumed responsibility for all operational areas at FISC.

Her new area of management includes check, statement and lockbox processing in addition to existing loan responsibilities.

Prior to joining FISC, she was employed at MBNA for more 14 years, and held the position of first vice president/credit acquisition manager.

She lives in Bowdoinham with her husband and their children.
