Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned on Aug. 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Ryan T. Child, 20, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 3:30 p.m. June 15 on Spruce Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Gary L. Broomhall, 40, Mexico, unlawful furnishing of marijuana, 5:05 p.m. June 14 on Sunnyside Terrace. He was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

• John Perry, 19, Rumford, operating under the influence, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol by a minor, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, operating without a license (minor consuming alcohol condition), 1 a.m. June 14 on Maple Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on Sept. 2 in Rumford District Court.

• Tyler E. Amburg, 21, Rumford, operating after suspension, violating bail conditions, illegal attachment of plates, and attaching false plates, 1:45 p.m. June 13 on Franklin Street. He was released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned on Oct. 7 in Rumford District Court.

• Daniel Varnum, 19, Carthage, domestic violence assault, 3:10 a.m. June 13 on Falmouth Street. He was released on $50 unsecured bail.

• Gene M. Casey Jr., 31, Rumford, domestic violence assault, 8:35 p.m. June 12 on Cedar Lane. He was released on $300 unsecured bail and will be arraigned on July 8 in Rumford District Court.

Accidents

Monday, June 16 – A bicycle operated by Andrew W. Bresette, 17, of 3 Howard Pond Road, Hanover, failed to stop on Hancock Street before proceeding through the intersection of Lincoln Avenue about 10:15 a.m. and struck a 1998 Subaru station wagon driven by Alexander L. Lapointe, 23, of 394 Swain Road, Rumford. Bresette, who suffered broken teeth, was taken to Rumford Hospital by Med-Care Ambulance. Lapointe was not injured. Damage to the Subaru was estimated at $1,500. No citations were issued.
