FARMINGTON – The wedding of Janalynn Burdin and Mark White was held at 2 p.m., April 12, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Farmington. The Rev. Terrence McKinley officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. White is the daughter of Kendall and Ann Burdin of Wilton. Mr. White is the son of Neal and Kathy Bulley of Millinocket.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white satin strapless gown in A-line style with chiffon split front, metallic embroidery and chapel train with matching veil. She carried a bouquet of white Calla lilies with red roses.

A sister of the bride, Jessica Burdin, served as maid of honor and another sister, Rebecca Scott, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Holley Beedy, friend of the bride, and Kaitlyn Burdick and Megan Burdick, cousins of the bride.

A friend of the bridegroom, Dan Bernardini, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Brad Cyr, friend of the bridegroom, Anthony Kline, friend of the bride, Joshua Fraser, cousin of the bridegroom, and Justin Scott, nephew of the bride.

A reception followed at the Elks Lodge in Farmington, after which the couple traveled to Montego Bay in Jamaica. They are residing in Waterville.

The bride is a 2000 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and a 2006 graduate of Thomas College with a master’s degree in business management/human resource management. She is human resources coordinator at Cole Haan in Yarmouth.

The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Stearns High School and a 2004 graduate of Eastern Maine Community College in Bangor with a degree in precision metal manufacturing. He is employed as a quality control specialist at Mid State Machine in Winslow.
