Manny Jeffrey Wing, 27, Poland, burglary, criminal mischief, violating condition of release, indecent conduct and criminal threatening on Feb. 23, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 1 year, all suspended, probation 1 year and restitution of $1,000; found guilty on second and third charges, sentenced to 6 months all suspended for each charge; fourth and fifth charges dismissed.

Steven Laforest Witham III, 22, Falmouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Dec. 5, 2005, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 6 months all suspended and probation 6 months for each charge.

Brian D. Wood, 25, Lewiston, assault on Sept. 3, 2007, dismissed.

James Arnold Woodbury, 48, Moscow, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow on July 16, 2007, found guilty, sentenced to 40 months.

Jessica M. Zamudio, 28, Livermore Falls, illegal importation of scheduled drugs and criminal conspiracy on Jan. 7, 2007, fined $400, sentenced to 3 years, all suspended, and probation 2 years each charge.

Raymond S. Zashut, 44, Lewiston, operating under the influence on Dec. 13, 2007, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended 90 days.
