Schoolhouse open
POLAND – The Poland Historical Society will open the Old Schoolhouse to the public on Thursday, July 10, from 1 to 4 p.m. Members of the Poland Historical Society will be available to give tours and answers questions. There are some new displays this summer.
Bridge results
LEWISTON – The Lewiston-Auburn Duplicate Bridge Club met on July 1 at the Multi-Purpose Center. Winners in Flight A were: first, Patricia Garcia and David Lock; fourth, Nancy Lindgren and Anna Vitiello.
Flight B winners were: first, Lucille Bilodeau and Alberta Turner; second, Jim Flanagan and Claire Lyons. Another game will be played at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 8.
The club also met on July 2 at Schooner Estates in Auburn. Winners in Flight A were: first, David Lock and Lucille Theriault; second, Mike and Pat Quinn; third, Claire Lyons and Mary Leahey; fourth, Luke Merry and Paul Barber. Another game will be played at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, at Schooner Estates. A partner is guaranteed at both games. For more information, call Lucille Theriault at 783-0431.
MS meeting
