BETHEL – The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on a proposed seven-lot subdivision at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the Town Office meeting room.

Applicants Ronald Savage and Jeffrey G. Stearns want to create Eagle Ridge Subdivision, with a 650-foot paved private road, on 7.3 acres off Vernon Street. The project, which is consistent with other projects approved in the area, is located just over 2 miles from Bethel village.

After the hearing, planners are scheduled to resume work on the proposal.
