Parking closed

PARIS – The parking lot behind the Paris Public Library, off of Church Street, will be closed from Aug. 4 to 9 due to repaving work by the town.

All library materials due that week will be automatically renewed by the library’s staff due to the inconvenience for library patrons.

Vacation school

PARIS – “Power Lab – Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power”will be the theme of a Vacation Bible School from 6 to 8:20 p.m. Monday through Friday, Aug. 4 to 8, at the South Paris Baptist Church, 1 Park St.

There will be crafts, snacks, Bible adventures, games and music for ages 3 to grade six.
