LEWISTON – Androscoggin Bank of Lewiston announces that David C. Pease, senior professional in human resources, has been hired as senior vice president and human resources director. Pease has been in the human resources field for more than 20 years, most recently working as the senior human resource leader at a hospital in Maine.

Pease attained his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maine and his master’s degree in human resources management from Lesley University. He has achieved the designation of senior professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute. He is a frequent speaker at human resources conventions and meetings.

Pease is an adjunct faculty member at Thomas College, Waterville, and helps human resource professionals to take the PHR or SPHR exam. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and is the deputy director of the Maine State Society of Human Resources board.
