Senior Matthew Bennett of Auburn, son of Jeffrey and Larraine Bennett, has been named to the spring term dean’s list at Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.

Inclusion on the dean list is an indication of excellent academic work, including the completion of a full course load with at least a 3.5 grade point average based on a 4.0 scale.

Bennett is majoring in history. He has participated in men’s varsity football, men’s varsity baseball, honors program and Phi Alpha Theta. Bennett is a graduate of Edward Little High School.
