RUMFORD – The following cases were heard recently in 11th District Court:

Jerry H. Bartlett, 42, Dixfield, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, burglary on July 26, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours, restitution of $300; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Peter Cerulo, 51, Melrose, Mass., unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water on June 7, waived, fined $100.

Terry W. Conroy, 41, Wellseley, Mass., operating without safety equipment on June 12, waived, fined $100.

Corey R. Emerson, 25, Bethel, criminal threatening, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, violating condition of release on July 26, first charge dismissed; second charge found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours; third charge found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Daniel R. Gorman, 26, Marlborough, Mass., operating without safety equipment on July 3, waived, fined $100.

Corey D. Pleau, 19, Lewiston, minor possessing liquor on July 1, dismissed.

Victor C. Pray, 72, Mechanic Falls, possess fish in violation on June 14, waived, fined $120.
