LIVERMORE FALLS – Three teenage girls have been charged after police say they went to a Knapp Street home in pouring rain on Wednesday and stole two bags of returnable bottles.
Police received a call about some kids being loud and obnoxious at the corner of Knapp Street and Reynolds Avenue and went to investigate, Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
Crystal Greenlaw, 18, of Livermore Falls, a 15-year-old Jay girl and a 14-year-old Livermore Falls girl were each charged with one count of theft by unauthorized taking, he said.
