BRIDGTON – The Bridgton Art in the Park event on July 19 drew 60 artists to Shorey Park.

Prizes were awarded to the following artists:

Photography: first, Christopher Church of Portland; honorable mention, Steve Traficonte of Oxford.

Fine Crafts: first, Kim Pilla of Fryeburg, jewelry; second, Laura Guptill of Center Conway, N.H., jewelry; honorable mention, Chelsea Bartlett of North Berwick, mixed media, and Celia Talbot of Naples, pottery.

Wall Art: first, Vavara Harmon of Windham, acrylic; second, Ellen O’Neill of Bridgton, oil; third, Nancy Engdahl of Waterford, watercolor; honorable mention, Janet Gill of Denmark, pastel; Joan Bellucci of Poland, pen and watercolor; Joy Barnes of Allentown, Pa., oil, acrylic; and Andrea Dacko of Naples, watercolor.

Several prizes were awarded to the artists. Judging were Sue West and Judy Schneider of Norway, photography; Christopher Denison of Portland, fine crafts; Diane Dunton of Windham and Veronica Fourquet of Raymond, wall art.
