Friday, Aug. 22, Full Contact Kitty of Belfast and The Baltic Sea of Portland will give a free show at She Doesn’t Like Guthries on Middle Street, Lewiston. Full Contact Kitty band members Mona Nash, Jason Dean and Andrew Luckless will be returning to Guthries to play songs from their self-titled album. The Baltic Sea has just released a full-length CD titled “Through Scenic Heights and Days Regrets.” The band’s debut album takes the best elements of post-rock, combines them with a gentle moment and then adds a hint of creepiness and heavy riffs. Making up the Portland band are vocalist and guitarist Todd Hutchisen, guitarist Ray Suhy, drummer Jason Ingalls and bass player Jeremy Smith. The show will start at 9 p.m. The kitchen will be open.
